French Baroque Style German Brass Tray Top Yale Burge Coffee Table.
Elegant French Country Baroque style walnut coffee table with solid brass removable two handled tray top. The well crafted wood table is raised on four cabriolet legs with a fitted scalloped brass top. This coffee table is selected by the legendary Mid-Century interior designer Yale Burge. Burge, educated at The L’Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, was a leader in interior decorating and for 60 years he was an essential resource for the Nation’s top designers.
Condition is fair/good. Wear commensurate with age and use. Some spots of oxidation.
