A stunning pair of Silverplated ten-sided Italian taper candle holders by the prestigious Sheffield Company. "Italy" and maker's mark inscribed on the rim of each base. Circa Mid 20th Century. The ten distinct sides (decagon) begin on the bobeche and continue down the beautiful shaft to the base. The clean simple lines make these candle holders perfect for the modern or traditional home. They are solid and heavy.
The Sheffield Silver Co., Silverplate & Italy is stamped below that on the inside of the base. Please zoom in on photos to read inscription.
