Vintage Danish Sofa, 1950s.
Organically shaped Mid-Century Modern sofa made by Danish master carpenter in Denmark in the 1940s or 1950s. Striped wool upholstery with teak details on armrests. Frame and legs in solid oak.
A light and elegant example of Scandinavian Modern seating design.
Good vintage condition. Patina consistent with age and use. Some wear on edge trim. Some holes on the burlap underneath around the springs.
