A gorgeous antique Birdseye maple turned wood and rope low profile daybed bench with a royal blue down cushion, which shows beautifully against the wood’s natural patina. The cushion and hemp roping have been been recently replaced so are in great condition. The peg construction is sturdy and the joints are tight.
It was sourced from a lovely estate in a storied New England town along the shoreline of the Long Island Sound.
