Large Japanese six-panel folding silver leaf screen featuring Chinese style brush calligraphy. Squares of silver leaf with a vintage patina and calligraphy script on verso as seen in losses. The front of the screen decorated with large Buddhist calligraphy having both Chinese and Japanese stamps. The screen is set in a wooden frame with brass accents. Large rare screen with a beautifully distressed finish.
