The deep relief floral/foliate patterns impressed upon the metal showcases the great verdigris patina they have gained since their creation during the 1820’s. These fine examples of 19th century architecture easily hang above doorways or on the wall from wooden brackets secured to the back. Although sizable, they are quite light: the thin, malleable metal makes a great medium for such an intricate design.
