Fabulous set of vintage souvenir ashtrays / catchalls from New York & Chicago. The collection consists of 3 NYC + 1 Chicago items. While all are well designed, artfully fabricated and difficult from which to pick a favorite, we particularly love the 5-sided Manhattan ashtray with the soaring Empire State Building forming one edge of the piece. The polychromatic "crumber", with its vibrant blue, gold, and red hues marked "City of Wonders", is pretty special too.
All marked en verso, Japan.
Dimensions: Crumber, 5.5" x 4.75", 5-sided ashtray, 4.6" x 4.5"; pewter toned, 5.2" x 3.8"; copper colored ashtray, 2.4" x 3.2"
All in good vintage condition with age appropriate wear.
