Cigarette companies, sewing machine companies, and in this case, a company that made soup bouillon cubes (Liebig) found new and novel subjects - like faraway destinations (in this case, Vienna!) to entice consumers to buy more. The seller found these in Milan and had them professionally (and we think beautifully!) matted and framed. Very rare, highly collectable and at prices below their gallery price s(sssh - don't tell).

The card size measures 4.25" x 3", while the framed size measures 11" x 9.5". See less
