Titled 'Sleeping Beauty'. Signed lower left Fried Pal, which is how Pal Fried signed all his paintings. Pal Fried (Hungary, 1893-1976) is a well listed artist, prolific in his portraitures of beautiful women. The painting itself measures 24 1/4" x 30" and is displayed in the original wood frame measuring 32 1/2" x 38". The painting appears to be in very good condition. The frame and linen liner show some light wear, particularly around the edges, commensurate with age.
