This chopper has a blade shaped like a large half-moon for a perfect rocking motion. The surface of the metal has a rough, pebbly texture which is beautiful. The primitive wooden handle has a lovely patina and smooth feel. The blade measures 9.5" long, the handle is 6.25" long, blade edge to the handle top is 8.5" high. No maker's mark, hand forged and carved. See less
