Superb "antique" ceramic vase in the shape of an amphora, with a very beautiful iridescent enamel finish in blue-green / turquoise color.
This vase features a finely crafted bronze frame of good quality, in the German Art Nouveau / Jugendstil style.
Recently mounted lamp: new electricity.
Art Nouveau, France, circa 1900.
Attributed to Paul Milet (1870-1950), son of the ceramist Félix Optat Milet and himself a ceramist, trained in the laboratory of the Manufacture de Sèvres.
He worked in the factory founded by his father, which he gradually took over.
Paul Milet exhibited in Paris and Sèvres. His productions were also distributed through the stores La Samaritaine and Les Galeries Lafayette.
Then history repeats itself and it is Paul's son, Henri, who will also become a ceramist and will work with his father.
In very good condition.

official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
