Decorate an office or a den with this elegant framed dog pastel painting. Created in England circa 1880, and set in the original carved oak frame, the drawing depicts a Irish setter portrait. The artwork is signed in the lower right corner by the artist, F. Watz and protected with glass. The wall decor is in excellent condition set in a carved frame with rich walnut patina.
