This marvelous mid-century boxed set of 8 "Silver Foliage" highball glasses by Libbey Glass Co. appears to have never been used, but instead kept safely in a drawer or cabinet for it's next marvelous home. As seen on the original box, it was marketed as the "Hostess Set" which was popular for wedding gifts, house warming gifts, or from a generous guest to their host as they entered a cocktail party. In any case, whether the occasion is a formal affair with 50 of your closest friends or simply an intimate gathering with a few friends, the cocktails and conversation are sure to be all the more exciting with these treasures. Each glass measures 7” x 2.5”
