An original oil painting on masonite panel by Harold Dearden, British artist 1888-1962, "Porthcurno Towards Logan's Rock", Cornwall, England, 11" x 15", scene of a wooded area overlooking a bay and sandy beach with a rocky peninsula in the midground, the ocean beyond, signed in the lower right corner front H. Dearden, inscribed on reverse - Porthcuno Towards Logan's Rock, CA number 3898, CA purchased December 2022 from a London auction house, (The painting was originally sold at auction on June 13, 2011 by a north of England auction house. It came from Harold Dearden's studio collection from the artist's family.)
The painting has the original antiqued gold with ivory panel frame painted wooden liner.
The work has been cleaned and varnished.
