Vintage Folk Art oil on wood panel of A Girl in Blue Dress. Artist signed E. Wolcott.
This painting is a remaster of a painting currently at the Henry Ford Museum. The original painting was dated between 1830-1840. The original artist is unknown, but an inscription on the back of the painting notes that this is a portrait of “Sarah" at age 4.
