A wonderful work by East Coast/ Massachusetts master potter William Wymann. This piece features a rich, lava-like yellow and green speckled glaze.
Wymann, who received his master's at Columbia University, was the founder (along with fellow potter Michael Cohen) of Herring Run Pottery in East Weymouth, Massachusetts.
The piece is signed by Wymann and dated 1965
