From Niagara Furniture, this Medium Oak Wine Barrel Tray is produced from solid oak and created to resemble the end of a wine barrel. Using a wooden cutting / serving board provides a very resilient surface while protecting knives from damage. This Medium Oak Wine Barrel Tray is finished with food grade mineral oil, a colorless and odorless liquid suitable for items which encounter food.
Wooden trays are hardy but will last longer with a little bit of special care. We suggest that you hand-wash your item with only mild soap and water and dry right away with a soft cloth. If you avoid air-drying solid wood items or putting them into either the refrigerator or dishwasher they will look better longer.
