Crafted in Provence, Southern France circa 1920, this elegant antique Louis XV stool features a beautifully carved walnut frame with a warm and rich patina. The nearly square form is supported by graceful cabriole legs ending in scroll feet, each knee adorned with delicate floral carvings. The shaped bombe apron is richly decorated on all four sides with shell and foliate motifs, adding depth and movement typical of the Louis XV style.
The generously sized seat is upholstered in a soft salmon rose velvet and finished with a classic brass nailhead trim, offering both comfort and refined detail.
