There … Read more This is a LARGE vintage still life oil painting featuring flowers, insects and the face of a beautiful woman. There also appears to be the head of an animal located just above her. This painting is magnificent, capturing the richness of nature in all her splendor. And every detail is so realistic. I find something new every time I look at it. Signed lower right M. A. Batista and dated 2000. The canvas itself measures 39" x 31" and is displayed in a natural wood frame measuring 40 1/4" x 32 1/4".

Condition: In overall very good condition. The canvas shows minor wear to the upper right edge. Some light wear to the frame, along with the remnants of a label located at the top of the frame, as shown in the last photo.
