Massive large cylinder vase made in Italy for Raymor.
Marked "Italy 1057 Raymor". This glaze is sometimes referred to as 'Rosewood Red'.
The numbering is similar to Bitossi and this glaze is sometimes attributed to Bagni but this was most likely made by the Arno Collective at Montelupo in Florence (Tuscany).
Hand thrown, standing 15 3/4 inches tall and 5 1/4 in diameter and sitting upon five clay block feet. The glaze is a mixture of streaked red, orange and black. The interior is glazed in green. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
