There is nice subtle texture to the painting, and it is signed on the front in the lower right -hand corner of the canvas by READ. Circa late 70's. Abstract reflection of clouds in a ocean. Palette knife artwork. Colorful impressionism art. It has been mounted in a white painted wooden frame with wire on the back ready to hang.
