This worthy find is a petite, yet beautiful Hans Theo Baumann and Emilio Pucci designed porcelain vessel for Rosenthal 'Studio-Linie', Berlin, circa late 20th century, Germany. This joyful piece is glazed white porcelain with a colorful, exuberant flower and leaf pattern; a wonderful collaboration of design by two highly important designers of the 20th century.
The lively vessel is shown with make-up swabs for scale, but don't relegate this to live amongst toiletries... bring it into today's world... maybe a safe home for your AirPods? : )
With authentication marks on bottom; Maker's mark and both designer marks (as shown in image 6):
