This mid-century folding bar is the ultimate in sophisticated décor. Designed by Paul Evans for Lane Furniture, this stylish, space-saving cube swivels completely around for cocktail convenience. The folding top has two piano-hinged doors which open outward to reveal two laminated drink surfaces. Three chrome strips highlight the front and back of the cabinet, set into the bronze laminate finished wood. The chrome tulip base is a nod to Saarinen's furniture designs. The bar is in very good condition; wear consistent with 40+ years of use. The piece could be used for a file cabinet, bookcase, or any variety of storage purposes. Item is sold in as is condition.
