It was made by Podmore Walker, and is signed on the back with the Washington Vase design name. It truly is a striking piece of ironstone. I’m reducing my collection, but it might make a nice addition to yours! See less

I also detected a scratch from a knife or fork (had to lean in close and tilt the plate to see), but that’s to be expected for the age of this piece. less
