Vintage 1970s Studio Pottery Sun Tile by John WENZEL. Stamped on the back.
This beautiful sun tile has deep definition and was handmade by John Wenzel with specially formulated stoneware clay that is heat treated to 2300 degrees for durability. It can be used as a trivet, plaque or architecturally and hung on a small nail or hook as there is a divet in the back.
Measures approx. 7.75" tall, 7.75" wide and .75" deep.
