We believe the piece to have been made by Fenton due to the iconic design, however please note there is no makers mark or stamp. Please see photos for size/scale; height=2 1/4" diameter=6 1/2" approx. There is a small chip on one edge of the rim, there is some discoloration and tape residue here and there as well as some minor bubbling to the glass, see pictures. See less
