It is an oil painting base with an applied pulpy paper section within the tree. Professionally reframed, float framed with a mat and white frame all under glass. Signed illegibly lower right, was told by the artist’s estate I acquired this from that it was from the early 70s. Measures overall 26in x 21.25in, 22.25in x 17.5in image area only.
