Wonderful abstracted nude, a watercolor painting by California artist Virginia Hughins (Virginia Brubaker DeWolf), (American, 1923-2004). Singed "V. Hughins" lower right. Unframed. Image size, 17"H x 12.25"L.
Hughins was an accomplished artist, many of her watercolors could be seen around Santa Clara, Santa Cruz County Watercolor Society shows. She was an avid freelance writer and illustrator for children's books. Lifetime member of Romance Writers Association and Pen Women's Association.
