Here is a stunning set of TWELVE total pieces, six knives and 6 forks, made by George Butler & Co. in Sheffield, England in the late 19th C.-early 1900's. The set features silver-plate tops with mother of pearl handles. The forks and knives are smaller in scale and originally intended as fruit utensils - hence the sharp, serrated edge on the knives. However, they can be used for tea service, appetizers, dessert, etc. Comes in the original box.
6 forks 5 x 0.75 x 0.5
6 serrated knives 5.5 x 0.5 x 0.25
