Gorgeous antique Chinese export gilt bronze mounted gold decorated and hand painted wooden Chinoiserie chest on stand.
This 18th century lacquered chest is decorated with Chinoiserie motifs of Asian figures and oriental Garden landscape. Hand painted and gilded accents bring that special one of a kindness.
Note: item needs work and finish shows wear. Key is not original. Lock needs repair. Structurally sound but shows wear on front panels, fretwork and brass hardware.
