Vintage Indian block printed textiles from the 1940s-1960s have been sewn together in colorful patches with rows of running stitch embellishment in contrasting red and yellow throughout. Custom framed, this large textile has been mounted on a stretched canvas which was then encased on the top and sides in a plexiglass frame. Vivid and bold, this stunning piece can be displayed vertically or horizontally.
Measurements shown reflect the piece hung with the longest sides horizontally oriented. Hanging hardware allows this piece to be hung either way - see photos of the back side.
