Blind Walls in Paris is a colored lithograph on paper realized by Sante Monachesi in 1975. Hand-signed on the lower right by pencil. Numbered on the lower left, the edition of 32/100 prints. Title in Italian "Muri ciechi a Parigi". Very good conditions. The artwork is created in perfect composition in black, blue and red, through harmonious geometric shapes. After the futuristic experience, he projects his research into elaborating figurative poetics through broad chromatic planes and synthetic profiling that characterize his painting of the 40s and 50s. The best-known pictorial themes of Monachesi are from this period, also inspired by his stay in Paris after the war; such as the ''Blind Walls'' the ''Paris'' the ''Fiori'' and the ''Clownesses''. Monachesi, always interested in research, open to new aesthetic adventures and inspired by new plastic materials, created, in the 1960s, the sculpture in foam and feather and in polymethyl methacrylate. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
