This cup and saucer in Blue Fluted Full Lace has a unique shape adorned by an impressive pattern of blue painted flowers and palmettos adding timeless elegance to any moment.
Placed on a detailed pillar base, the hand painted masterpiece elegantly rises from the curved saucer, which mirrors the fish scale decoration of the cup, while the handle arises from a grotesque - a historic ornament of Royal Copenhagen.

Proposed as The Royal Danish Porcelain Factory trademark in 1775 by Queen dowager Juliane Marie, every piece of Royal Copenhagen porcelain is instantly recognised by the three blue waves on its underside symbolising the Sound, the Great Belt and the Little Belt - the three main waterways of Denmark.
