Nude from the back is a graceful sketch in pencil realized by the French painter, illustrator, designer, and cartoonist Auguste Jean Baptiste Roubille . The artwork is in good conditions,minor cosmetic wear. Monogrammed. Auguste Roubille worked as cartoonist for the French Courrier and Temps nouvelles . At the same time, he exhibited his watercolors and gouaches at the Salon des Independants, al Salon d'Automne, and Salon des Comicistes. He collaborated with many humorous newspapers, like Le Rire , Le Sourire , The Cry of Paris , Cocorico , The Bayonet , The Wild Duck and Fantasio . He worked as poster designer and decorator, designing installations and furniture. He illustrated famous books of French literature. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
