Cut into the bottom of the plate is a diamond pattern circling around two dozen pointed leafs in the center while leaving the top perfectly smooth. But the most striking feature is the drape of glass ribbons hanging down around the rim. They are 1/4 in thick, 1 & 1/4 in wide and drop down almost 2 inches from the plate rim.
