Estimated 1960's vintage and in excellent cosmetic condition with no visible defects. Edwin D. Walter (1919-2001) was a master glass maker, best known for his large fused and hot glass window panels, and glass mosaic pictures/scenes. This particular piece measures 16" in length by 5.75" wide and 1.5" in height. The Walter signature is visible on the tray's outer edge directly below the eye. See less
