52381 Colorful Vintage blue Turkish Oushak Rug, 11'10 x 15'09. This hand-knotted wool Turkish Oushak rug features a sunny all-over floral pattern spread across an abrashed soft cerulean field. Large expressive palmettes, vinery, lanceolate leaves, branches, buds, and blooms form a loose latticework that is reminiscent of classic rug designs. The wide main border echoes the design of the field, while its soft creamy hues offset the deeper tones of the rest of the piece. An elaborate combination of calyx meander, pearl meander, and barber’s pole secondary borders effectively frame the composition. With its vibrant but not overwhelming color palette and delightful detailing, this colorful Oushak rug would add bright sophistication to any space.
Rendered in variegated shades of soft cerulean, sky blue, orange, pumpkin, red, terra cotta, amber, brass, beige, dark green, amethyst, and raspberry pink accents.
