This hand knotted wool distressed vintage Turkish Sivas rug features a tessellated honeycomb lattice pattern. Reminiscent of Zeki Muren’s designs, the lattice is comprised of offset rows of hexagons in alternating colors, while soft waves of abrash gracefully enhance the graphic composition’s charm and allure. The simple, but highly effective design creates a striking optical effect, balanced by a plain beige border.
