51454 Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug, 07'00 x 11'03.
Rustic sensibility meets beguiling charm in this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak rug. The faded botanical design and earthy colors woven into this piece work together resulting in a cozy and convivial feel. The barely-there inconspicuous pattern composed of vase motifs, curved sickle leaves, acanthus scrollwork seems to evanesce before one's eyes into the richly striated field. Equally concealed is a subtle border that seamlessly blends into the composition without taking away from the overall design. Emanating warmth and a curated lived-in look, the distinctive abrash gradations authenticate this vintage Oushak rug while imparting a sense of warmth and welcomed informality.
Rendered in variegated shades of brown, tan, khaki, coffee, brass, sand, taupe, antique-bronze, flaxen, blue and pink with other neutral colors.
