75880 Vintage Persian Bakhtiari Rug, 05'10 X 12'02.
Bungalow charm meets classic sophistication in this vintage Persian Bakhtiari rug. The naturalistic forms and dramatic color palette woven into this piece work together creating an elaborate yet welcoming atmosphere. The abrashed burgundy field sets the scene for the eight round amulets richly patterned with florals and foliage. Meanwhile stylized palmettes, comb symbols and ziggurat motifs permeate the navy blue backdrop, adding interest and leading the eye in a pleasing display. It is framed with an ivory border offseting the lovely central design while the inner sawtooth guard band and outer rosette guard border add a refreshing finish. Packed with visual complexity and timeless appeal, this vintage Persian area rug is quaint and vivacious.
Rendered in variegated shades of burgundy, navy blue, ivory, pink, blue, verdigris, beige, rose, brown, aubegine, eggplant, taupe, bottle green, cerulean, mauve and teal with other accent colors.
