Traditional and regal with brilliant color, this antique Persian Heriz Hotel Lobby Size rug features a prominent central twelve-point stepped medallion flanked with two cartouche finials surrounded by an all-over rectilinear pattern of palmettes, stylized florals, serrated leaves and angular vines. The large-scale medallion rests on an ivory field enclosed by ruby red spandrels. It is framed with a Classic border flanked with guard bands.
