Art Deco parrot bookends by Georges Van de Voorde with Foundry seal Brig, Paris.
The birds are in patinated Art metal and stand on green marble bases. Ca. 1930.
Van de Voorde was a Belgian artist born in 1878 who worked in France.
These bookends are illustrated on page 328 in
Art deco and other figures, Brian Catley, Antique collectors club This piece has an attribution mark,
