It opens, in the upper and low part, by two slightly cut and partially molded doors. Each discovers two storage compartments, formed by the presence of shelves 53 cm deep, rebuilding as a ash and placed on fixed battens.
Between these two spaces, two drawers, equipped, as are the doors, authentic worked fittings and locks in operation with their respective keys. Only the left drawer has a more artisanal blocking system with wooden key.
Under the molded cornice we will appreciate the rectangular marquetry in elm magnifying glass, framed by a drip of ebony, itself inlaid with small bone tiles. We find this same motif, of lower size, between the two drawers.
The low crosspiece is embellished with a naive decor of flowers garnishing a vase. It is molded on the front and on the sides.
The whole rests on two feet 'snails' at the front and two straight feet in the back.
Note the good quality of wood of this cabinet, surprisingly little marked by the vestiges of time despite its two centuries of history.
