Circa Late 19th Century. It has Wonderful Aged Blue Polychrome Painted Decorated Features Incorporated in to the Woven Design. The Steam Bent Handle and Top Rim Appear to be Made Out of Oak. It was Most Likely Made in the Northern New England or Up State New York Region. It has an Absolutely Beautiful Allover Original Naturally Aged Uniform Color and Patina. Note that the Shape of the Basket has Changed - Become Somewhat Out of Shape Over the Years - Leans - Slants Etc. but Also Note That it Alters Depending on the Viewing Angle - As Displayed. Another Cosmetic Remedy For Viewing Options Would be to Place Some Props - "Shims" Underneath The Basket Between the Bottom and the Surface That It Will Be Placed - Displayed On. It also has a Few Imperfections in the Weaving Around the Top Area.
It Measures Overall 15 inches Tall Including the Handle x 15 inches Long x 13 3/4 inches Wide.
It Measures Between 8 1/2 inches and 9 1/2 inches Tall at the Top Rim ( Because of the Slant ).
