Rosenthal Netter commissioned and imported decorative pottery from Ceramica Bitossi in Italy - this design is by Bitossi Master Ceramicist Aldo Londi. When it's in the sunlight, the gold sparkles against that beautiful blue. Both are brought together and calmed by the majority of the vase being a lovely olive color. Craftsmanship is stunning.
