A bright yellow and blue parakeet bird in a lush abstract background of olive green, mint green, and yellow-green. Reminiscent of Art Deco illustration, and goes well as a tropical accent with modern or traditional decor. Painted with a dry brush technique as in many impressionist paintings.
This coordinates well with another painting shown here, but must be purchased separately.
Gouache on Strathmore Watercolor paper, UV matte varnish, ready to pop into a standard size 11x14 frame. I use only professional grade paint and paper, to insure longevity of the painting.
