Beautiful large vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso clear with gray core Italian art glass horned owl bird sculpture. Attributed to the Cenedese company. The owl has an abstract / minimalist shape, and made with solid heavy glass. The owl does glow under a black light, so it is made with UV reactive glass (see photo). Would make a great display piece on any desk, dresser or console table. Late mid-century era. Measures 7 1/4" tall x 3 3/4" wide x 5" long at the horns.
