The origins of Avmazzega are found in 1946 in Murano, the island of the glass tradition, where the company is still produced its chandeliers.
During the 70s and 80s, the Vetraria company specialized in the construction of lamps for a high, demanding and niche market. Thanks to the collaboration with International Designers, starting from the 90s has developed two collections: the contemporary one with design lamps intended for a modern environment, and the classic, with classical Venetian and sophisticated eclectic chandeliers played by important arredo designers international.
