Vintage black lacquer mother of pearl relief inlay and hand painted wall hangings, circa 1940-1960s. Art subject consists of beautifully dressed Chinese women, carp fish, lotus flowers, a pavilion, all amongst swirling clouds in mother of pearl and hand painted gold on the black lacquer background.
