It would be fascinating to see how the legs were turned using tools available at the time. The legs are connected below with a modified "H" stretcher contoured so that extra foot room is accommodated on all four sides. The stretcher is adorned with a single rosette at the center. Ideal for the library, in a seating group, or anywhere an attractive, convenient surface is needed!
